By signing this form, I acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or death. I accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the rental period.
Condition of Equipment:
I agree to inspect the bike(s) before use to ensure they are in good working condition. I will notify the rental company of any defects or issues before use.
Use of Equipment:
I agree to use the rented bike(s) only as intended and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. I will wear a helmet and ensure that any minors in my care do the same.
Responsibility for Minors:
If I am renting a bike for a minor, I assume full responsibility for their safety and behavior. I will ensure they understand and follow all safety instructions.
Damage and Loss:
I agree to return the bike(s) in the same condition as when rented. I accept financial responsibility for any loss or damage to the bike(s) during the rental period.
Medical Fitness:
I confirm that I, and any minors in my care, are physically fit to participate in cycling activities.
Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the bike rental business, its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my use of the rented bike(s), including those arising from negligence.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the bike rental business from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my use of the rented bike(s), including legal fees and costs.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 24 hours before booking can be refunded.
